Can I rent the furniture for more than 12 months?
Yes you can continue to rent the goods beyond the minimum rental period at a reduced rental price of 20%.

Can I purchase the furniture I have been renting?
Arrangements can be made to purchase goods via a third party, please contact us for further information.

Can I add or remove items of furniture from rental?
Yes simply phone us to arrange the removal of existing or delivery of additional items.

Can I collect the furniture myself?
No. We have trained personnel to handle and install furniture into your accommodation

What happens if I am unhappy with the furniture I receive?
If you notify us in writing within seven days of receipt of the furniture then any items that you are unhappy with, we will remove or replace. Any rents already paid will be refunded in full

What happens if I accidentally damage the furniture or it breaks?
You are responsible for the safekeeping of the furniture while it is in your possession. As such you will be liable for any accidental damage or damage caused by neglect.

If the furniture is faulty it will be replaced free of charge.

What constitutes wear and tear?
Minor scuffs generated by normal everyday use of the product.

What payment options do you offer?
Payment is by direct debit.

How often will I be billed or receive statements?
You will receive monthly statements.
